Staff: The Laboratory is staffed by qualified laboratory technologists and phlebotomists.

Services: Most medical laboratory tests. 

Certification: The Defiance Clinic Laboratory is certified by the Commission of Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA).

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and
           Saturday 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Results: Test results must be obtained from the physician's office.
