• Certification:

  The Defiance Clinic Laboratory is certified by COLA.

• Hours:

  Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to noon.

• Results:

  Test results must be obtained from the physician's office.
