Coming from the south on Ohio 15: Follow SR 15 into Defiance to the intersection of SR 18 at Brickell School . Turn right onto SR 18 ( East Second Street ) and drive about 0.5 of a mile to the Clinic, which will be on your left at 1400 E. Second St .

Coming from the south on Ohio 66: Follow SR 66 ( Jefferson Avenue ) into Defiance to the intersection with SR 18 ( Second Street ). Turn right onto SR 18 (Second Street) and follow Second Street for about 1 mile to the Clinic, which will be on your left at 1400 E. Second Street .

Coming from the north on Ohio 66: Take the US 24 bypass east to Exit 28 ( State Route 281/Domersville Road). Take 281/Domersville south across the Maumee River . Turn right onto SR 18 ( East Second Street ). Follow SR 18 ( East Second Street ) for about 0.8 mile to Defiance Clinic at 1400 E. Second Street . The Clinic will be on your right. If the bypass is inaccessible because of construction, stay on Ohio 66, which becomes Clinton Street . Follow Clinton Street downtown to the courthouse and turn left at the courthouse onto State Route 18 East ( Second Street ). Follow East Second Street for about 1 mile to Defiance Clinic. The Clinic will be on the left at 1400 East Second Street .

Coming from the south on Ohio 111: Take SR 111 through downtown Defiance to the intersection with State Route 18 at the Defiance County Courthouse. Turn right onto SR 18 ( Second Street ) and follow it east for about 1.2 miles to the Clinic at 1400 East Second Street (SR18)

Coming from the east on Ohio 281: Go straight at the traffic light just past General Motors Powertrain. The road becomes East Second Street (SR 18). Follow East Second Street for about 0.8 mile. Defiance Clinic will be on your right at 1400 East Second Street .

Coming from the west on Ohio 15 and Ohio 18: Take SR 15/18 to the US 24 bypass. US 24 is under construction; watch for signs. Follow US 24 to Exit 28 ( State Route 281/Domersville Road). Take Exit 28 south toward Defiance . Follow 281 across the Maumee River . Turn right at the intersection of SR 281 and SR 18 ( East Second Street ).
