About Defiance Clinic

   Defiance Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group, a team practice that provides comprehensive health care. The staff includes primary care physicians, specialists, and allied health care professionals in a wide range of ancillary services such as laboratory technology and radiology.  Using the team approach encourages the practice of medicine as a cooperative science and a compassionate art.  Patients benefit from the combined knowledge and experience of a diversified staff.

  Defiance Clinic's own staff of primary care physicians and specialists augmented by the Centers of Excellence created in partnership with St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.  Through these Centers, physicians in highly specialized fields hold regular office hours at the Clinic. Additional specialists come from Medical College of Ohio as well as other Toledo physician offices.  The total number of health care providers is about 60.  This includes nearly 50 physicians plus physician assistants, nurse anesthetists, and nurse practitioners.

  Through this large comprehensive network, patients can access the services they need. In most cases, they can see the physicians or other providers they require and have the appropriate tests all done conveniently at Defiance Clinic.
